This beautiful sunset flight wedding package includes the following:

Professional photographer will take 100 photos of your trip including posed photos and photos taken during your ceremony. You will receive all photos on a Photo CD.

A beautiful 8" round Wedding Cake, which you can either enjoy at the Grand Canyon, or you can save it and take it back with you to your hotel.

Flight times vary slightly throughout the year - from approximately 2:30 p.m. in winter to approximately 6:00 p.m. in summer.
* This package requires a non-refundable $544 deposit to reserve your wedding. This amount will be charged upon receipt of your order. The deposit amount is deducted from the total package price. The balance (plus cost of any upgrades you may choose) will be due no later than two weeks prior to your wedding day.
The package price is for bride and groom, and up to two guests. This price also includes the fares of the minister and the photographer who travel with you. Unlike most wedding packages offered by other companies, we do not combine a wedding party with other passengers. You are essentially chartering the entire helicopter. As we use state-of-the-art A-STAR and ECO-STAR 6-passenger helicopters, you are assured climate-controlled comfort and safety.
Additional guests/passengers: If you wish to have more than two guests accompany you, there are two options. For one additional passenger, we can schedule a 7-passenger helicopter. The additional cost is $475. At the time of booking, there would be an additional $50 deposit for the additional guest. The balance for the additional guest would be $425. For larger groups a second helicopter will be required. A second helicopter (allowing up to 6 additional passengers) would be $2,555 (with a $200 deposit due at the time of booking). If you think you need a second (or third) helicopter, please ask for details. As stated above, we will not combine your wedding party with other sight-seeing passengers. This assures you the privacy, intimacy and quality that your Grand Canyon helicopter flight deserves.
