Departing from the helicopter terminal at the airport, your flight path will take you over beautiful Lake Las Vegas (giving you a bird's eye view of its resorts and multi-million dollar homes), then over Lake Mead and Hoover Dam, and on into Arizona and down into the beautiful Grand Canyon where you will land on a picturesque bluff just a few feet above the Colorado River.
On the flight back, you will return along a more northerly route, past the Bowl of Fire, above downtown Las Vegas, around the Stratosphere Tower, and, as a grand finale, you will pass the hotels and resorts along the Las Vegas Strip just prior to your landing back at the airport.

(Option of a multi-skycam video recording of your flight, inside and outside the helicopter, is available for an additional $59.95 plus tax. The in-flight video can be paid for on the day of your wedding.)

PRICE: $2,799 + Applicable Taxes and Fees *
* Due to the current high cost of fuel, the helicopter company has now had to add a fuel surcharge. For a private helicopter, the fuel surcharge is $70. That amount will be added to the price of this package and will be included in your final balance.
* As of January 1, 2008 the Hualapai Indian Tribe has raised their landing fee to $400 per helicopter for wedding flights to the Grand Canyon. This amount will be added to the cost of the Grand Canyon Helicopter Wedding Package.
* A $35 gratuity for your limousine driver will be added to your final balance.
* (Total cost, due to the increased landing fee, is now $3,355). This includes the $2,799 package price, the $400 landing fee, the $70 fuel surcharge, the $35 gratuity to the limousine driver, and sales tax. As noted below, for a Sunset Flight, add $300.
Flight times vary slightly throughout the year. Generally, there is an early morning flight, a mid-morning flight, a late morning flight, an early afternoon flight, and a mid-afternoon flight.
* For a Sunset wedding flight, please add $300. Sunset flight times vary throughout the year - from an approximate 2:00 p.m. flight time in Winter, and an approximate 6:00 p.m. flight time in Summer.
* This package requires a non-refundable $250 deposit to reserve your wedding tour. This amount will be charged upon receipt of your order. The deposit amount is deducted from the total package price. The balance(plus cost of any upgrades you choose) will be due no later than two weeks prior to your wedding day.
The package price is for bride and groom, and up to two guests. This price also includes the fares of the minister and the photographer/videographer who travel with you. Unlike most wedding packages offered by other companies, we do not combine a wedding party with other passengers. You are essentially chartering the entire helicopter. As we use state-of-the-art ASTAR 6-passenger helicopters, you are assured climate-controlled comfort and safety.
Additional guests/passengers: If you wish to have more than two guests accompany you, a second helicopter will be required. If this applies to you, please ask for details. As stated above, we will not combine your wedding party with other sight-seeing passengers. This assures you the privacy, intimacy and quality that your Grand Canyon Wedding Dream deserves.
