Cancellations and refunds:

Deposits paid to reserve wedding packages are non-refundable, as stated at each point of order on our Place Order page.

Refunds of balances paid on wedding packages are refundable (less a small administrative processing fee) up to 24 hours prior to your wedding date unless there are extenuating circumstances. We reserve the right to determine the validity of any extenuating circumstance and what constitutes a reasonable extenuating circumstance.

All cancellations must be received in writing, preferably via e-mail.

Trademarks and copyright

In this Site you will find information, images, photographs, trademarks, products, etc. which are protected by copyrights.

Therefore you may not reproduce, totally or in part (except for private, personal and not commercial use), publish, transmit, modify totally or in part, or sell any of the material contained in this Site.

No right or other claims may be deemed assigned to you as a result of downloading and/or copying the above-mentioned materials.
